Talaia is a strategic point between the valleys and mountains of the Marina Baixa, and the Mediterranean Sea. In our cuisine, we preserve the flavour of the different cultures that have populated the Alicante region and we are inspired by the products that our environment has to offer.

Respectful of raw materials and tradition, our reinterpretation of the Mediterranean diet is one of the many ways of understanding it. Game, livestock, orchard and dryland fruits and everything that the sea offers, so often seen in our kitchen and by our customers, are some of the basic ingredients that Talaia proposes.
